I dunno if there was any audio to it cus I didnt have My sound on , but that is fuckin harsh man..and on top of it he was pumpin gas at the time..prolly got gas all over himsef..if ya ever got gasoline on your balls in the summertime I can tell ya its not a good feeling..on top of all that like DS said the guys legs where prolly broken.
Im not a big fan of lawsuits but whoever is resposable for the tires owes that guy some cash.
