no one posts in either the nwp or oi fourms, so ive merged them in hopes it will become active.

also, some nwp members i think may have cs:s, and might be interested in joining limp, darkspoon, dest, and myself + others in OI.

the oi forum url's have allready been directed here. nwp url's will follow in a few days.
